My parcel delivery day was 5 days a go but DPD and EE they can't  communicate properly even if have problem you can't communicate with EE because they don't care for customer 

If you call 150 every day new customer service they don't want to lesson to you or they don't bother to solve your problems

Have you had any communication from DPD?

Yes they told me EE have to contact them for some security questions  but EE customer doesn't want to contact them

What is the current status of your parcel on DPD tracking?

Since 23/03/23 they update everyday  tomorrow Thursday they said Friday then Friday they said Saturday then Sunday then Monday today they said Tuesday

since 22/03/23 couldnt solve my dpd delivery really sorry guys i upgraded the phone for my doughters birthday surprice but cannot get delivery EE custemer service doesnt want to contact DPD its frustrating really

I upgrade 4 phones on 22/03/23 one of them was for my daughters birthday surprise but couldnt recieve it everyday on tracking show deliver tomorrow  when i contact DPD they said it is EE have to contact them but EE  custemer service dont care about the custemer they cant contact DPD it seems really it is frustrating
