Good morning,
I ordered a phone a couple of days ago for delivery to store and I can see that DPD have tried to message me rearrange delivery after they didn't quite manage to get to the store during opening hours, but unfortunately, because my current handset is barely operable I cannot follow the link to rearrange delivery or get tracking numbers off the device etc! Is there a way that you can liaise with DPD to send me an email with this information on or will the instore staff be able to do this?
