I pre ordered an iPhone 17 pro max on release but all I’ve had is an order acknowledgement and nothing else since. I would’ve thought there would have been another email or update on my order. Who can I contact?

If you've not received any acknowledgement that your order has been processed, please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide can check your order went through correctly.
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.
If the order didn't complete correctly they can re-process the order for you.

Did you ever received further update? Like you I preordered and only have had a confirmation no further update on the delivery either.

I’ve still had no update, just my order acknowledgement. I can’t even track the order number they gave me.
