Hey guys, hoping you can help. I ordered a ps5 yesterday as an add on to my current contract. I have recieved the confirmation email which says as the heading thanks for your order and also includes the order number and they will let me know when it is out for delivery. The issue is my bank still shows the £20 deposit as still pending and I am unable to track it on my orders. It also doesn't show any orders pending on my EE.
I'm just wondering if this is normal as I thought it would have at least showed on my orders.

Perfect, thanks James. I just wanted to make sure as I've had no issues previously with ordering from EE except this which seems to be taking its time.
