Added a ps5 to my phone bill but got no confirmation email and no order updates, yet money has gone from my bank already and no sign of decide, anyone know best way to get in touch because all calls have fallen upon deaf ears so far

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Also check your email junk/spam folders.
