I ordered a PS5 on Black Friday deal and paid part of it and never received it, I raised a complaint over 4 weeks ago and still no resolution or refund. Can anyone help from EE

When you raised the complaint, was it over the phone with our guides, or using the complaints webform online?
What was said the last time you spoke with someone?
