Hi, ordered ps5 add to plan 29th July , email confirmation received, upfront payment taken and nothing since then , was told 14 days everything ok in stock , webchat same all ok and now sales team saying not in stock and that to reorder next week if not heard anything , different info , different people , even though the agent mentioned not in stock on the website still showing in stock really misleading and poor info , can someone please advise if I ever will receive the ps5 and if they are in stock or not so that I can go elsewhere, thanks

If you got a confirmation email and the upfront cost has been taken, your order was placed successfully.
Did you get a tracking number in the email?
