I need proof of purchase on a contract phone I purchased 

@Shellbee87 , you will either have to ring customer service or check on your account, you should find proof of purchase there, I would have thought.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I am having the same problem.

 

Im locked out of my phone. On visiting the Apple account, to unlock they require serial number, IMEI number, where and when you purchased the phone, and PROOF of ownership.

Who keeps receipts anymore? its all digital. 

So i too visited EE to find proof of purchase, and now I have to phone this help line. Did I not just mention that im locked out !!. or do i ask a random stranger to use their phone.

EE should have those details on your profile page, and you should be able to request or view them over the web

Hi @LeeJohnson7 We can certainly get some proof of purchase sent out for you, we can get that sent as an email, or in the post.

You'd need to speak to one of our guides who can get that arranged.

It's understandable that you'd not be able to call from your phone, but if you pop into one of our stores, you can use a phone in there to call our service team.
