Proof of purchase of an old device

Hi, I have an old huawei device that was my previous phone. It was purchased through EE. I have forgotten the PIN for this device and my google account will not work to get past FRP. I have contacted Huawei who will sort this for me but require proof of purchase (fair enough). How do I get this for an old device?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and they should be able to help.
