hello, my name is Cosmin Ionut Radu, I've been a customer for about 4 years, I want to pray and understand somehow that you let me have at least one of the phones, namely this one **********8, so that I can use it. I've never had problems with payment, even when I bought 6 phones 3 months ago, I paid for 3 months, so please let me have the same and from next month I'm leaving because I have some problems and I can't pay this month , thank you very much . warm hugs

Just confirm you are a pay monthly customer with contract phones and you are unable to pay your bill this month?
If this is right, please dial 150 from your EE handset and speak with a member of our customer care team who will do all they can to help.
