I am in the process of changing from plusnet to EE, I ordered my SIM card on 9th June, received the confirmation email. I've received a text stating that my delivery address has changed & if this wasn't by me then ring 150. As I'm not yet an ee customer, this didnt work. Plusnet as my number hasn't been transferred I'm unable to contact customer services. Help please.
