iphone 14 pro

Hi

I ordered an iPhone 14 pro on 26/10/22.

When using the online order tracker, it advises me that it is unable to provide an update on my order.  The EE shop page states 'usually dispatched within 14 days' against the phone but I still have no idea when I will receive my phone as 14 days have passed and there has been no update.

Can somebody assist please?

Hi @Northern_Monkey,

If your PAC code expires before you receive your new phone, you'll need to contact your current network to request a new one.

This is very standard for Apple products.

I ordered mine on the 28th October, 256GB Space Black 14 Pro Max.

On the apple site that same colour and spec is showing as not available for delivery until 3rd - 5th December so i'd use that as a guide and allow a few days extra.

This happens every year, when I bought the 2021 iPad Pro 12.9 inch space grey 1TB model last year, I waited 52 days from date of order to delivery. Apple products are in short supply due to their largest factory in China having an employee walk out. Given it's Apple there is also high demand which they cannot really fulfil.

Don't suppose you know what would happen around the PAC code I've provided to bring my mobile number over to EE, it's only valid for 4 weeks and by the sounds of it I could be waiting longer than 4 weeks for the new phone?
