Hi placed an order on 10th Oct. However, can see no record on my EE app or email confirming pre-order. Understand, firstcome but can see no record of orde or update? 48mins on phone to support confirm there is an order but told to wait? Any update and why no acknowledgement of my order or record of my contract?

No nothing in spam been monitoring. Spam empty.

New contract and upgrade. You had misspelt email...everytime I speak to Simmons I correct it. Finally spoken to someone who said it will take 21 days however had dpd spam re a phone but told that is not it, message saying could not deliver due to being underage? 🤷🤷🤷theoretically it should be with me by 31st... Yes? Or there after? Need by 10th at latest. Any update please?
