Pixel 8 Pro Preorder Help

Pre-ordered the Pixel 8 Pro on the 05/10, received the confirmation email and since then nothing. No emails no texts but worryingly received a text today asking me about my delivery experience?(see screenshot) It's been non existent. I've also been unable to track my delivery quoting the following when I put my details in

"Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD." 

Communication is extremely poor and I'm unable to find a suitable customer service number route for my problem.  Somebody help 😭
