Hello, so my phone has broken and I do not have a landline. I placed an order for a new phone contract and paid the upfront cost. In the header of the email I received it says "please call to discuss" which I obviously can't do because I don't have a phone. I have tried to get an old phone to work for updates and 2fa but the battery is completely dead.
Can I resolve this through live chat or would it be easier to this cancel the order? I don't have anyway to call anyone currently. I just wanted a replacement phone quick.
