I’m trying to join EE and do a deal with a ps5 and I’m not able to do anything can someone help me

@Jay991 : You cannot order an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

Contacting CS, who don't have an email, won't get it for you either.

I’m in the same situation I’ve got no idea I’m getting annoyed my self I’ve contacted the customer service email and still waiting on an response
