Pixel Watch order

Last Thursday (27th August), I upgraded my phone to the Google pixel 11 pro XL and added a Google pixel 5 watch to my account over the phone. I didn't receive any confirmation emails, but received the relevent contracts via text and signed them etc. The phone came the next day, but the guide said the watch would be delivered within 7 days. How can I track the progress of the watch order? I don't have anything on my account to say one has been ordered or added, and I don't have a reference number to track either.

I hope you are enjoying your new Google Pixel 11 Pro XL.

You'd usually get a text or email, or a notification in the DPD app if you have that, when the watch is on the way to you, but I can have a look at the stock to check if it is on course for the 7 days that you were advised.

Which colour of watch did you order? Was it the 41mm or the 45mm?

The only reason I ask is that the timescale did change during the day on the 27th. At the moment, the oldest outstanding order is from that day, so I just want to check where your order would fall.

It would have been around 6pm as a rough estimate

That is fine @Blue_bird75. At that time the guidance was more than 28 days for the 41mm Gold Canyon version, but it did come down to 14 days on the 31st August and the 7 days on the 2nd September for new orders, so it shouldn't be too long until it is with you. With it showing the oldest order is from the 27th, you would be towards the top of the waiting list, as they are done on a first come first served basis.

Unfortunately we've got no way of seeing when stock will arrive, how many are coming in and where you do sit in the order list, but you'll be notified when it is on the way. The DPD app is pretty handy for getting the updates quickly.

If you've not heard anything by the middle to late part of next week, or you'd like to change the colour (the Pyrite Olive and Silver Fog are in stock, give our customer service guides a call and they can help.
