Hi,
I ordered a Pixel Watch 4 on Sunday 7th but the tracking just says 'Sorry, your order is delayed. We’ll email you once it’s dispatched'. I did notice the website took a long time to finalise the order so i'm wondering if something has happened. I did get an order number and the payment has been take from my bank account.
I've tried to contact EE for an update but unable to get through to the correct team. I've called 07953 966 150 but was told that wasn't correct and to use 0800 956 6000 but that just gives me the same options minus the one for tech from EE.

Thanks for explaining what's happening, I can imagine a delay is very frustrating.
Is the payment showing as pending with your bank?
When a order is placed a payment request is sent to your bank, but the payment wont be taken until the order is processed. Your bank will set the payment aside "Pending" until we take it.
If for any reason the order does not get processed the bank will release the "pending" payment back into your account.
I would recommend speaking with our electronics sales team, their direct number is 08000790062. They will be able to look into this order for you.

Thanks for the number. I've called using this one and have successfully spoken with someone who was able to help. They are now looking in to it for me.
Just to address your question about the payment; it is not pending it's been debited from my account, I did pay using PayPal though so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
