Pixel Fold 9 Pro delivery dates?

Hi. When will the Fold 9 pro be delivered? I believe the release date is Wednesday coming. Will they be sent out on Wednesday or be delivered on Wednesday? I ordered a few days ago, but there is no tracking. When I type my order number in it just gives me a red box with "sorry you can't track this order type just yet".

Still waiting for my phone, and getting constant emails regarding trade in had my final warning yesterday that I will lose the offer. CS have said to ignore the messages but I'm worried that left hand dosent seem to know what the right hands doing. 

Surely they can't hold it against me not sending my trade in phone when they haven't fulfilled my order yet. 

Saw another user mentioned Google had stock with delivery from the 12th of the porcelain hope that's a good sign got my fingers crossed 

I had this issue I pre ordered it on 36 month on announcement and once it went live! Couple days later I went into Ee shop to get second line for my wife… they turned round said there is no order on my account even tho I had online order confirmation - 

next day I contact 150 and they said it’s stuck in the middle unfortunately you’ll have to order again but you can’t do 36 month flex you have to do 24 months which made it £25/30 more!! So I went to we shop on the 20th August and they got be even better deal then the 36 month! But was told it’s up to 28 days wait for the 512gb due to free double storage! 

my point it this seems like it happened to a lot of people and EE need to have massive fine for this and compensation to there valuable customers who still puts up with there rubbish and terrible customer services at times… I used to work for Ee for outsourcing and I’m so thankful to be out of there !

Mate I feel for you. They are completely useless and you know first hand better than any why. Thanks for the honest non fanboy opinion of EE.

No apology to give- everyone's experience is subjective

 

End of the day i've had good experience overall; i'm personally not fussed about having to wait for my handset, i'm not being charged until it's in my hands so i'm chilling.

 

Anyone who hates being with EE that much are obviously able to leave and go elsewhere, or to raise a complaint.

Oh trust me they can and they will. This is EE we are talking about. Their integration between departments is non existent. It's a shame as the staff in their stores try their best to help, but admit their hands are tied when it comes to certain things. Heck the guy at the front of the store couldn't check stock because only one person in the store was allowed to... its complete nonsense. Whoever is running EE and making these rules is an absolute moron. Like I said its a shame as they are so polite, but can't help at all.

Again no one is moaning about the delay. You seem to let this fact completely pass you by. Its the lies and poor management at EE that's the issue. I am not fussed when I receive the phone either. Heck on reddit I have been telling people its only a phone. It's the lies! I don't know why you can't accept this?

Also people can't just leave when they're in a contract period. I mean it's like you're trying too hard to be an apologist.

How does spouting venom on a forum do anyone any good?  I'm not apologetic, i've just grown up able to put things into perspective, based on my own life experiences.  I've not been lied to in the 22 years that i've been with EE in all of it's iterations; that's not to say i've had no problems- but you don't solve a problem by stamping your feet and using negative language.  And if something can't get resolved, then you can either get wound up about it, or just chill and move on.

 

I'm well aware that there others who've not had the same experience, but it's mutually exclusive to me. And i'd be a fool to think that a company as big as EE, who has monopoly of the market, who has the largest market share, did all of that by ONLY employing deceit and underhanded tactics to win business.

You realise that by saying nothing when something is wrong is basically tantamount to rolling over and taking it hard from behind? Who hurt me? Well I think you've guessed by now EE have lied to us all.

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled off was convinceling people he didn't exist. It's people like you putting their fingers in their ears and going lalalala that's the issue and reason why companies like this get away with it.

Also you realise you have explained exactly why EE have a monopoly in your final paragraph?
