Pixel 9 Pro order

I order a pixel 9 pro last Wednesday with the standard delivery (3-5 working days). It is now 5 working days since I ordered as Monday was a bank holiday and I have had no updates.

My EE order tracking has just been saying order dispatched since Thursday and I can't find an answers to why this would be 

Any help would be great

As @marcusdpk mentioned in his post, the Pixel 9 Pro hasn't officially launched just yet, but we're estimating that pre-orders will start to be fulfilled from the second week of September.

We do have the standard model and Pro XL available to order now though, and depending on version this can be as soon as next day delivery.

The estimate for brand new orders placed today is more than 28 days, but we always fulfil pre-orders on a first come, first served basis, so if you've ordered this in the past then it may be sooner than that.

From what I've been reading online, the 9 Pro (smaller variant) hasn't even officially been released yet. It looks like it will launch in the first or second week of September. However, there seems to be a lot of incorrect information around.

I have also upgraded and was quoted delivery within three days; the agent double-checked and confirmed again three days, but this can't be correct. I may be mistaken—for some colours and size variants, even Google expects to deliver to customers at the end of September/ beginning of October.

 

I feel that patience will be necessary. I'm going to speak to an agent again today to see if I can get some more information.

I did on the confirmation email and on the EE store that it said dispatch was expected in more than 28 days but I couldn't find a reason why that was .Then when I ordered it said 3-5 working days and my EE order tracker says it been dispatched so it's kind of confusing.

I spoke to a very helpful agent on chat who informed me that the device launches on September 9th but that I should expect delivery next week which doesn't really add up, but I'll believe it when I see it.

I had a similar experience with the 8 Pro last year with radio silence, conflicting information and then magically I received a message from DPD about delivery earlier than expected.

Let's see what next week brings!
