Pixel 9 Pro XL Pre-Order / Upgrade

Hi all,

On Wednesday I pre-ordered and upgraded my current plan to the pixel 9 pro XL. I have received a confirmation email but there is no information to suggest I have upgraded on my EE app. I know the phone only released yesterday with EE however, but it is still saying to upgrade from my old phone on EE online, my app says the same, and my order number when I try track doesn't give any information at all. Tried the DPD app too and getting nothing from them too.

Do phones tend to ship within a few days of order or is it 3 weeks because it says different things on different places I've looked at?

Hey Peter. I accidentally put my wrong imei number in on the trade deal. Does this matter? Also realised it's my old billing address. But has taken the money from bank. Will this be a problem or shall I call them?
