Picking up phone without valid photo ID

Hi,

My partner went to pick up their phone from an EE store and was unable to use their provisional driving licence as ID because it has expired. If they also have no passport, what options are available to pick up their phone - or is it just not possible?

@juicymanatees  You need in date photo ID.  But I’ve known them to use a one time passcode sent to a customers phone if this an upgrade.
