Hi I’m currently serving in the Military and don’t go home often/if at all. Ordered the iPhone 16 pro max to be delivered to my local store close to where I’m based with work but it says I need ID to pick up the order. All my ID’s have my home address on them as you can’t legally have a military base as your address on a UK ID card. Will this be okay to pick up my order with just my name? As I’ve registered the account to my work address when ordering.

Good morning @AlexJ1791
Thanks for reaching out to us on here.
Great choice of phone too, I have been looking at the iPhone 16 pro max for my upgrade too.
Could I just check does your ID address match the address registered to the account address?
Thanks
Ritu

Hi there,
It doesn’t match the account address as I live on a military establishment but despite trying you cannot have a military establishment on a UK ID card such as a Driving licence or passport. I can take my Driving licence/Passport as well as Military ID too?

@AlexJ1791 1 I have just double checked the Military ID can be used as a proof of ID. You will need to take in a passport or driving license too.
Thanks
