I ordered a phone on the 24th off Feb what date will it come by

Was getting a bit worried especially because I’ve payed my upfront cost

It's totally understandable @190Kay 

As @Chris_S mentioned, it will be a great idea to give our Customer Service team another call to check your order was completed successfully, especially given that you mentioned your order doesn't show up on our Order Tracking page

You can choose any option when you call, as the guide will pop you over to our Digital Sales team who'll check your order reference number. If you're not already a customer, you may find it easier to choose the option for "looking to join EE" so that it doesn't ask for an EE mobile number.

We have a full team available on Customer Service and in our Sales department. 

I'd recommend giving them another call

When you call, you'll initially get through to our IVR, which is there to help you get to the correct department.

You'll be presented with some options for your query; you just need to select the options that fit your query, then you'll be passed to the correct department.
