Where do I get my order reference number. Ordered a phone on the 31st and still have not received any emails or texts with an order reference number. In store told me to contact customer services which was no help either. I cannot track the phone.

Hi @Molls123 

I'd recommend contacting Customer Service again to check your order was processed correctly. 
They will be able to confirm the order number when they check. 

If the order is there but not progressing, they may need to re-process it for you.

I’ve already spoke to someone about 4 times. The last person I spoke to said it would be another 16 days. I’ve already been waiting 3 weeks.

When you spoke to Customer Service each time, did anyone confirm your order number to you?

Nope, I’ve spoke to customer service twice and the sales team twice. Customer service said the order has definitely gone through and it’s showing up on my account. But none of them have told me the order reference number. Therefore cannot get any updates on the phone.

i have the order number too and ordered on the 4th, with the tracking, but it still says awaiting dispatch

I'd recommend giving Customer Service another call and asking for the Order Number, so that you can keep a track of the progress.
