Where do I get my order reference number. Ordered a phone on the 31st and still have not received any emails or texts with an order reference number. In store told me to contact customer services which was no help either. I cannot track the phone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi, so when I spoke to someone in store they told me to phone customer service, spoke to them and they told me that I’d receive an order reference number when the phone has been dispatched. Surely when the phone had been ordered you’d receive an order email straight away. Not received anything but the phone is on the account.

Hi @Molls123 

When you place an order online, you're usually presented with an order reference number at the end of the process, as well as an email to confirm your order was received. 
You'll then receive another email with same order number to confirm once the order is processed. 

If you haven't done so already, it may be worth checking your email spam/junk folder. 

However, if you still have no email or order number it may be that either the order couldn't be processed or the email address was entered incorrectly at the time of placing the order- It would be best to contact Customer Service who can check if any account has been created using other details. 
Or the Digital Sales team can search for your order and provide you with the order number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.

When the phone is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by text message, which you can follow on the DPD tracking page

Still no further forward with my order. Spoke to customer service yesterday who spoke to another department who’ve said the phone should be here today. Still have no order reference number and I have no tracking number so how can the phone be coming today? I’m finding that no one is providing me with any answers and have no idea when the phone is actually arriving.

If you don't hear anything today, and you get no alerts on the DPD then I'd recommend getting back in touch, and they'll be happy to give you an update.
