Hello, I recently got an iPhone 15 on Thursday, and was wondering if it was possible to swap the device for a 16 pro? I know this is probably a long shot, but it’s worth an ask.

@cal00 You can not swap the device you’ll need to call customer support and tell them you don’t want the device. You’ll then need to return the device and once returned take out a contract for the device you do want. If this was a store sale you do not have a cooling off period and the 14 day cooling of period is for online and phone sales only.
