I went to EE shop where i was told i could get the phone on the day and told when signed contract that it is not available and signed up for postage at home where I was told to get it on the day after before choosing between stores and home and then told it wont deliver on Saturday i have to pay for 10 pound more and it would be delivered on Monday.
And we are Tuesday DPD have not reached out at all ! Very worrying.

I understand how frustrating this must be @Isab.
When checking the stock for this device it does show as available and with receiving a dispatch email the iPhone is now on it's way.
I would recommend either getting in touch or visiting your local EE Store for further updates.
If your phone is now with DPD our customer care team will be able to provide you with your DPD tracking number.

No I can’t as I work in central london and I had to call customer service to sort out the contract as it was not done correctly at the shop. @Katie_B

How can I give a call without a phone ?
It ‘s becoming very tedious else I would have done it before as I mentioned above .
