Hi there

My new iPhone 17 has arrived today but I have been given no SIM card. Why is this the case?

Hi @gemharcus

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, if you've upgraded your phone, you can just pop your current sim into your new phone and continue using it as you've been previously doing.

If the iPhone 17 is a brand new line, then we'd need to get a new sim for you.

If you need a sim as soon as possible, you can pop into one of our stores and they can give you a sim then and there.

You can also give us a call, then a guide can get a sim posted out to you.

Did you upgrade? If so, just move your existing SIM to it.
