Hi everyone. Hope to get a response soon... I've ordered the 15 Pro max and they took my upfront payment. Can someone tell me why they have to give you a call about your order?? Is it for a credit check?? Because why would they take the upfront cost if I didn't pass the credit check??
Hope I get a response as soon as possible. Thank you.

@Stacey2000 : If they've asked to speak to you then you you need to call them or your order will not proceed. They have some further Qs on your application, which will be specific to you & your circumstances. If your order is not accepted any upfront payment will be refunded.

Thank you I appreciate that. I currently can't call because I ended the contract with three network and currently my account has been closed I wanted to leave three anyway. So I cannot call the number even if I wanted to. Is there any other way I could get into contact with them?

I've tried both of those things it's because I've ended the contract with three this phone number has now been closed and completely disconnected so it doesn't work regardless. It says emergency services only.

@Stacey2000 , if you have something like Skype, you can ring them for free, no need to pay or you will have to phone from another phone using the number given above or in my signature, but only when they are open, which will now be tomorrow Sunday.

Yeah I don't have another phone/number I can use, and I tried Skype and because its in this number the call won't go through as the services have been cut off. So I've got no option to ring them.

You don't use a phone no. to use Skype. You don't even need a phone. You just use it as an online app to dial EE. Much like you're using whatever device you have to post here.

@Stacey2000 , you should still be able to speak to them using Skype when on wifi, as I have done it in the past with no problem, the only thing is they are now closed, so will have to wait until morning.
