I placed an order today for a phone under a contract and paid £100 upfront, the money has been taken but I haven't received any confirmation emails, yet I have received an email saying my basket has been saved.
Has the order been placed? Am I missing something? I have no emails in spam or junk folders

Did the order complete when you placed this and made the payment?
Was this an upgrade or new contract?

The order did not appear for me, but the money was deducted from my account both times I made the purchase. Yesterday, I received a call explaining that I did not pass the credit check, as I do not have a credit card and have never had anything in my name.
The representative mentioned that was the reason. She offered me a SIM card and an iPhone 12, but it is not what I would prefer at the moment.
I waiting my refund now, was £200.
