I have ordered an EE product (pay as you go mobile) on 23 February 2023, on my online banking app it was pending to be taken out for 4 days straight. Until today it wasn’t evidently seen on my banking app, ee hasn’t taken out my money nor was it pending anymore. Does that mean ee cancelled my order?

If it's not pending & it's not debited, you've not paid anything. You can only assume EE's cancelled it.

But I haven’t ask to cancel my order, can EE just do that?
