Still haven't received my handset was sent to wrong address has been sent back to ee re arranged order and delivery today yet nothing showing from ee in my emails or texts or no notification from DPD regarding delivery yet I'm still being charged my first bill is due on the 6th kinda feeling like on gonna be paying the first bill before I've even received the phone or started using my new contract and had to pay an upfront deposit really not happy with the service I've received so far something needs to be done and I need to be re assured and more informed as to what's happening with my handset and what's gonna be done about me being charged for a contract I have had zero use of since it began

If your phone is out for delivery today, you'll receive tracking details from DPD before 11am.
Any charges raised for the returned phone will be credited back on your next bill.
