Pay monthly phone

Ordered a pay monthly phone they have taking the money out off my bank but I have not had a email about it and I can’t see it on the app can some one help me plz

Have you been able to check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE? 

Was this an upgrade or a new contract order?
