<p>Hi, I received an text message told me that my order was cancelled, but there's is no refund, and I don't know why it was cancelled.</p>

Sorry to hear your application was cancelled.
The upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank.
As your application has not been successful we will not take the payment, so your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.
Usually you should receive an email about your cancelled order. May need to check your Junk/Spam folder.
Or, as @Northerner has mentioned, if you call Customer Service a guide will be able to check your order and the reason why it was cancelled.
