I’ve canceled my order, rang them up, but not had any confirmation that it’s been canceled.
no email, or text to let me know.
was supposed to just top up my phone but accidentally pressed to send a new sim instead.
why is there no email confirmation about a canceled order?

If the order has been cancelled manually by a guide at your request before the order started to be processed, it won't generate an automatic order cancellation email.
