PIN number to order a tablet on line

Requiring a PIN number number to order online but every time I ask for one it does not send this is for a new tablet. It then tells I asked for to many PIN numbers. I have checked emails and texts anyone else had this problem. Thanks Marge

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy a tablet online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

Hi yeah do have account with SIM cards checked all my devices no pin has been sent. They have sent messages before I think I was just need to call and order it just annoying not been able to order directly online. Thanks for you help
