If you have only received the initial Order Received email, but not order processed confirmation, you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through successfully.
You may have received a text message from EE asking to call in.
If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss what additional steps we need to manually complete it for you.
