I ordered my iPhone 17 in white on Wednesday. When I go online to track it keeps saying my reference it’s right

@Elliedean , what storage size did you order? This might help for one of our staff members to let you know the delay, although they do not have access to accounts. You can also ring customer service to find out when you are likely to receive the device.

Is it to late to pick up from store now?

This is the email I’ve got I’ve not heard anything since Wednesday 

Nope I have had email saying “we’ve got your order” with a tracking code and a email saying your order is confirmed with another code. No one seems to help me on here and don’t have time to sit on hold on the phone. Going to give it 2 weeks like everyone else is saying to phone up.
