Hi I placed an order online. It was cancelled. I then spoke to someone in the phone and asked at least 3 times will it be delivered to the store as I am moving house.
they confirmed yes. Then I just realised I had a text to say I missed my dpd delivery and it will be returned. I will be extremely angry if this is now a cancelled order as the first time it went up for the same package from £89 to 113 a month and I ordered on 4th December to get the Samsung tablet free.
i will be absolutely fuming and cancel my partner see order too if this can’t be resolved. It was not my fault but the person on the phone whom I told 3 times and they confirmed it would be delivered to the store!!!
i got my direct debit order detail email the next day but have now just realised that instead of delivering to the store the tracking says it will be returned to EE. This is ridiculous.
i expect that you can keep my order as per the date as promised by the phone person on the 4th and deliver to store as the home my card is registered to us currently empty and insecure so I can’t be there when at work!!
