Have I been accepted

hello,

I have payed an upfront fee of £30 for my phone and received my plan details but I have no further communication from then.

can someone advise if this is normal or what happens next as I have no further information

If you want more information you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I have not got that as of yet only the plan details, does this mean it’s not been accepted yet?
