Ordered switch on Saturday

Ordered a switch on Saturday, heard nothing since bar a confirmation text and an email. Can’t track the order, can’t get through to customer service… any help? As I’d like my order tbh

I’ve tried that and spent 50 minutes on hold two days in a row… while I get that CS can get busy, it doesn’t fill me with trust… hence I came here
