Ordered new phone

Ordered a new phone a couple of days ago  had the confirmation email and then nothing since .. is this normal process I remember it being the day after last time I ordered a new phone. Obvs with Christmas and bank holidays I’m guessing that might be the reason 🤷🏻‍♀️

@WWoo1    Christmas is a bank holiday so that’s probably the reason but what phone did you order ?  Colour? And storage size ?
