Ordered a Dualsense

I ordered a dualsense direct from EE and the money has been taken from my account but the payment screen said could not be processed. I tried calling customer services but I could not fond the option for my issue and kept asking me about phone numbers

Hi @louiscoshan 

When you place an order online, the payment is held until we process the order, so if there are any issues and the order is not processed, the money will be returned straight back into your account, usually within around 10 working days.

If you'd like to contact us for some further clarity, you can give us a call.
