Ordered AirPods but got 4 glue sticks

Reported to EE store but all I got was investigation completed. Now PayPal investigating. Looks like I’ve lost £198. Been a loyal customer of ee with two phones. Do I get sympathy or compensation, so far none. Also, Why don’t they have a phone number to talk to a human. By the way they take up to two days to answer an email, what customer service is that I ask.

@Hantuuk    From where did you purchase these from?   The EE add to plan store or the EE online store ?   The online store is a different shopping area to the add to plan store and has different processes to contact customers support.

please see THIS

EE didn’t send out glue sticks it sounds like these got swapped in transit.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for the reply. I bought it from an online EE store and used the contact email on the website. As I said they have replied but just closed the enquiry and now I have got PayPal investigation. Just very disappointed with EE store brushing it off and making me feel that I am committing fraud by not believing my version of events.

Which of these 2 EE online stores did you order it from:

  1. http://shop.ee.co.uk or
  2. http://store.ee.co.uk ?

I suspect the latter as you are paying by PayPal.

It was store.ee.co.uk. For a while I thought I was scammed as I didn’t get a delivery notice until two days later.

The EE online Store is an offshoot of the High St. stores for selling outright to the public as opposed to the EE Shop mainly selling contracts. You need to take it up with them directly rather than contacting EE CS.

Ok I’m confused. Are they the same EE company and why can’t I I have a moan here. I give up. I’ll cancel all my ee contracts at the end of the contract period then.

They are parts of the same co. targeting a different customer base.

@Hantuuk , where has anyone said anything about you moaning? Just that there are two different stores, as has been mentioned above, and EE online shop do not accept PayPal, so it must be the second one mentioned, which you need to take your query with and/or complaint, we have tried to help you.
