I placed an order on the 14th September and haven’t heard anything since and when I check status of order it’s saying order number not found

I had the same. Ordered an upgrade on the 12th, but order number not found when I checked. Got a text yesterday saying they'd been a problem with th eorder and to message them.

Cut a long story short, order is now confirmed, but only going through an hour of EE trying to sell me extras and having to digitally read and sign 4 or 5 documents.

If you've not had a conformation email I'd call 150 and sort it out talking to someone. The message -us function is a nightmare!
