Pre ordered the new Apple Watch on Friday, only to get a text this morning saying there was a problem with my order please contact them… half hour in the chat later and it had to be reordered due to a fault their end.
This makes me completely lose faith in any online ordering. This was my first time ordering via the app. Next time I’ll wait and only order if they are in stock in the store… thought ordering via the app for delivery was going to be worry free
