Hi,
I'm in a similar situation but the 7 day are already gone and no sign of package. I don't want to miss my trade in window. From what I understand, from EE costumer services, it's another company that deals with the trade in. Is there any way to contact them directly and ask for package/instructions?

Welcome to the EE Community
If you have not received your trade-in bag within 7 working days of receiving the new phone, you can contact Likewise who run the trade in service, on 0208 7323 798 or eeconsumer.uk@likewize.com and request that a new bag is sent.
Don't worry about missing out on your trade in window, there is an allowance to the trade in window to account for any delays such as this.
