What is it you have placed an order for and when did you place it? Have you tried tracking your order either via the order tracker or by logging into your account on the website or EE app and checking the orders section?

@shiori1   EE dont know what ?   your not the original poster so what are you talking about?  Create your own thread and start from there and don’t jump in to someone else’s post thinking it applies to you.
