I placed an order yesterday about midday for an iPhone 17 pro max, I’m a new customer. 

I received the 2 emails saying “thanks for your order” and “pre contract summary” and that was it. 

I called CS just now and they have said it’s open but says “in progress”. I don’t know if I have been accepted or not. She said it could take 7 days to find out! What is going on?

Welcome to the community.

We're not able to see the order details from here, but from what you've been told over the phone, it does sound like it has been accepted, as they'd see if it has been declined and once an order has been accepted it would show on the account as an open order before moving to 'in progress'.

Which colour and storage size did you order? I can check the stock to see if there are any delays.
